Case Study: The Fit Recruiter

Kareem had already done the hard work of figuring out who he was. The Fit Recruiter persona was his, born from the intersection of his HR recruiting background and his personal fitness philosophy. The brand concept was clear. The problem was that none of it showed up online.

His existing site was a generic placeholder that didn't reflect the speaker, coach, or identity he had built. He was active on LinkedIn, his content was on-brand, and he was getting traction, but when anyone clicked through to learn more, the digital infrastructure wasn't there to back him up.

He didn't have a speaking page, media presence, or visibility on Google. There was no clear signal that this man had a stage and a methodology worth paying attention to.

Kareem came to Mellynated with a persona already in hand.

When he came to Mellynated, he needed:

  • A brand voice and messaging strategy that matched The Fit Recruiter identity

  • A full website build (home, speaking page, media page, and coaching services ) with backend infrastructure

  • Website copy that spoke directly to his Strength Seeker audience

  • A speaker sheet that positioned him for bookings

Goals of the Project

    The Fit Recruiter existed in Kareem's head and on his LinkedIn. He wanted a full digital home with the infrastructure to support a growing coaching and speaking business.

    Kareem wanted to be booked for stages. He needed a dedicated speaker page, a speaker sheet, and the kind of polished digital presence that event organizers expect.

  3. Build credibility assets that work beyond social media

    Media features, a blog content library, and a structured website give Kareem's brand longevity and discoverability outside of any single platform.

  4. Create consistency across every touchpoint

    His LinkedIn voice, his coaching philosophy, his fitness metaphors all needed to translate seamlessly across his website, his content, and his media presence.


Deliverables

Brand Voice Blueprint (BVB)

We started here. The Brand Voice Blueprint documented Kareem's core messaging pillars, signature language, philosophy, ideal client profile (the Strength Seeker), and the tone that runs through everything he creates. Because he already had a defined persona, this phase was focused and precise.

This document became the foundation for every word written across the entire project.

Full Website Build

We built his website from the ground up. The site was designed to serve two audiences simultaneously: executives looking for a career coach, and event organizers looking for a speaker.

The copy leads with outcomes. The structure guides visitors toward the right next step. And the fitness-meets-career-coaching identity runs through every page without ever feeling forced.

Kareem needed to be taken seriously as a speaker before he was widely known as one. We built a dedicated speaker page that highlights his topics, his audience, and his energy — and paired it with a professional speaker sheet he can send directly to event organizers, conference planners, and corporate bookers.

Together, these assets do the work of positioning him before he ever gets on a call.

We secured and developed four media feature articles that expand Kareem's visibility beyond his own platform. These features place his expertise in front of new audiences and give potential clients and partners a reason to trust him before they've heard him speak or worked with him directly.

We built a 24-article blog library anchored in SEO and Kareem's core content themes — executive job searching, salary negotiation, resume strategy, leadership positioning, and the fitness-inspired mindset that runs through his entire brand.

This library gives the site immediate depth, drives organic search traffic, and reinforces his authority every time someone lands on the page.
